We experienced a real Chak De moment this time as a country, as the Indian men's hockey team stood out during the Olympic games after 41 years. The team defeated Germany with a 5-4 win and won the bronze during the ongoing games on Thursday. The team was determined to score the medal this time and made a massive comeback. Thus, the medal jinx finally came to an end. Thanks to Simranjeet Singh's brace and Hardik Singh, Harmanpreet Singh and Rupinder Pal Singh for being the best goal-getters, India is proud of the team.

However, in the recent turn of events, as many people worldwide and celebrities from Bollywood congratulated the team, Farhan Akhtar faced trolling once again, and here's why.

The producer and singer made a mistake while posting on Twitter. He wished women's hockey team instead of men's. The wrong tweet led to a lot of memes and trolls. As soon as Farhan realised it, he deleted the tweet stat. However, the 'mistake' had already gone viral in such a short span, and the people left no stone unturned and made it into a meme-fest.

One user said, "These tweets are enough to prove that he is on high weed", while another user said, "Male version of Alia Bhatt."

While the men's hockey team won the match, even the women's hockey team reached the semi-finals but lost to Argentina on Wednesday.

Farhan has been on the wrong side a lot of times and is trolled often. However, the actor usually takes it in his stride and doesn't respond to them. Unfortunately, he also became the target once as he questioned the Serum Insititute of India regarding the price of the vaccine.

He finally addressed to trolls, saying, "Oh look, my dear trolls. Govt asking to lower price of vaccine as well. Hope you’ll swamp their TL with the lectures on economics you’ve been giving me. Until then mask up, stay home and wash your mouths.. I mean hands!!"
