According to documents accessed by Zapkey.com, a real estate analytics and research firm, the ground floors of the two houses Vatsa and Ammu have been rented out.

The property is spread across an area of 3.150 sq ft.

The space was earlier rented out to Citibank and the bank vacated the place after the agreement lapsed in June 2019.

Earlier, Abhishek Bachchan had sold his luxury condo in Mumbai’s Oberoi 360 West. According to reports, the actor has got around Rs 45.75 crores for the sale of his opulent apartment.

Abhishek Bachchan and their wife Aishwarya Rai would have been neighbours to Shahid Kapoor and Akshay Kumar if they hadn’t offloaded the house.

The actor bought the house in 2014 for Rs 41 crores.
