    It’s been 73 years since India celebrated its first Republic Day, back on January 26, 1950.     This date marks a nation-wide celebration in India of being a sovereign and independent nation, as people break out in parades, the national flag is hoisted and a feeling of patriotism can be seen spread in the air.

    26th January is marked as an important day every year, because back in 1950, it was the very day when the Constitution of India actually came into effect. The Constitution that was adopted by the Indian Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949 came into effect only on 26 January 1950.

    It was also the day that the Government of India Act was replaced and India was transformed into a ‘republic’. The day furthermore ended up being called the ‘Republic day’ because it was on this day in 1930 when the Declaration of Indian Independence was proclaimed by the Indian National Congress.

    It's been almost three decades since Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has cemented his place as the number one romantic hero.

    I mean, you only need to look at movies like DDLJ, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Veer Zaara, Kal Ho Naa Ho, and so many others to know that Shah Rukh truly is the king of romance.

    Now, as it has been seen in Hindi films, there is much more liberty in terms of what can be shown in movies these days.

    Unlike the earlier days, directors have more freedom with respect to showcasing explicit *** scenes, therefore giving way to flowers brushing against each other.
    However, while *** scenes often come out to be very attractive and pleasurable in films, what goes on behind the scenes between actors is another story altogether.
    Well, Shah Rukh, like other actors, has also been seen in a few lovemaking scenes in some of his movies.

    While SRK to us will always seem to look amazing to women around the world no matter what he does, he actually ended up revealing the difference between how the scenes are shown to us and how things are actually like.

    He had been speaking with Tanmay Bhat, Gursimran Khamba, Rohan Joshi, and Ashish Shakya, when he was asked about a few things "that people believe to be true about movie stars but they are not true at all”.

    SRK then replied to the answer by using his wit to refer to the lovemaking scenes in movies.
    “When I wake up, I wake up as ugly as you guys. I mean really, what they show in movies, the sunlight, I hate it. That’s one impression they give after lovemaking. After lovemaking what they show in movies is a disgusting lie. It should be banned. It feels like their mouth smells good because they get up and start kissing and they are all good about it. It doesn’t smell like chicken tikka. It’s horrible,” said Shah Rukh.
    We all knew we'd be getting complete honesty from SRK because that's the person he is.
    The actor will be seen making his Bollywood comeback in the upcoming film Pathan and even Ranbir Kapoor's Brahmastra where he's said to have a massive cameo role.

    Shark Tank India is one of the most popular TV series in India right now. Besides the unique and interesting concept of the show, it is highly entertaining too. We didn’t learn this much about business and investing in MBA as we did watching this show.

    The hype for the show is evident from memes on social media to rumours and controversies in the entertainment world. One such rumour had it that one of the sharks, Anupam Mittal who’s the CEO and founder of Shaadi.com, People Group, is also one of the producers of the show.

    Mittal cleared the air and dismissed the rumours of being the producer, stating a very hilarious reason of why this is untrue. He said that if he was the producer, he wouldn’t keep himself starving for hours while shooting, which apparently happens to the sharks too often on the sets.

    In an interview with Siddharth Kannan he said, “Yeh maine khud suna hai and maine kaha, ‘Bhai, jo aadmi produce karega show, woh khudko khana nahi khilayega kya?’ Yeh Sony wale log mujhe khane nahi dete, sone nahi dete, shoot pe shoot karate hai, bhookha rakhte hai (I heard this rumour myself and said, ‘Brother, why would someone who produces the show keep himself hungry?’ The people from Sony don’t let me eat, they don’t let me sleep. They make me shoot all day and keep me starving).”

    He also joked that he ends up investing in food companies because the food looks more interesting and appealing when one is hungry. “Aadhe contestants food ki companies leke aate hai aur aadmi ko jab bhookh lagti hai toh khana zyada interesting lagte hai, aur paise daal dete ho. Main khud ko thodi aise karunga (Half the contestants who come to the show own food companies and when one is hungry, food looks more interesting and one tends to put money on it. Why would I do that to myself?).”

    Allu Arjun’s Pushpa has become one of the biggest movie releases the country has witnessed.     India were outplayed by South Africa in the recently-concluded three-match ODI series in the Rainbow nation. The visitors lost 0-3 and one the main reasons behind the disappointing tour was South African spinners managing to outbowl India’s spinners. 
    One particular bowler that troubled Indian batters throughout the ODI series was Keshav Maharaj. The left-arm spinner picked up crucial wickets and managed to keep a check on the scoring rate.

    Keshav Maharaj removed Shikhar Dhawan, who was batting on 79, in the first ODI to trigger a collapse that saw India fall short by 31 runs. 
    In the second ODI, Maharaj managed to get the prized scalp of Virat Kohli. He sent back the former India captain for a five-ball duck. In the next match, Kohli was looking set for his 71st century but the left-arm spinner once again got the better of Kohli.
    After South Africa sealed the series, Maharaj took to Instagram to share pictures from the ODI series and hailed his teammates for putting up an excellent performance.

    “What a Series it’s been couldn’t be more proud of this team and how far we have come time to recharge and prepare for the next one Jai Shree Raam,” Keshav Maharaj wrote in the caption. 
    Some of the cricket fans noticed how the Indian-origin South African spinner didn’t forget his roots and applauded the 31-year-old on social media. 
    We have only seen New Zealand players being labelled as the good guys of cricket but fans were so happy to see Maharaj’s post that a few even went on to say that they don’t mind losing to someone like him.

    If one wishes to focus on managing their nutrition well, they need to immediately stop believing all of these myths, as they form the base of everything to do with bad diet habits. Keeping that in mind, here are 4 widely believed myths about protein that everyone should stop believing, ASAP.

    1. Only bodybuilders need protein © iStock
    Yes, bodybuilders do need to eat protein but other people also do! In fact, all of us, irrespective of whether we're going to the gym or not, or in other words, irrespective of a sedentary or an active lifestyle, need to eat protein for a healthy lifestyle. Adults need a minimum of 1 gm of protein per kg of their body weight every single day, and this quantity increases to 1.6-2.2 gm/kg of body weight in case of athletes and bodybuilders.

    This myth has multiple layers. First thing first, no, even 'extra' protein consumption won't lead to kidney or liver disease unless one already has underlying causes for the same. Then comes the question of 'excessive' consumption of protein. In the Indian diet culture, it's extremely difficult to even manage the minimum amount of recommended protein intake every day, so the question of excessive consumption doesn't even arise in most cases.

    This is one of the biggest myths. Vidyut Jammwal, Shahid Kapoor, John Abraham, and many other people with superbly muscular and fit physiques are vegetarian.     Prominent Hollywood actress Evan Rachel Wood has accused American musician Marilyn Manson AKA Brian Hugh Warner, of raping her during the filming of a music video.

    Wood, who is a recipient of a Critics’ Choice Television Award, and also has Primetime Emmy Award nominations and Golden Globe Award nominations to her name said the musician abused her and raped her while filming his 2007 music video “Heart-Shaped Glasses”.


    The actress was speaking in a new documentary of Pheonix Rising, which revealed how Manson abused her for years after she was involved with him during the period of 2006 and 2011.

    As per reports, Wood was 18-years-old while Manson was around the age of 38.

    As reported by the Independent, Wood revealed the details of the incident during the course of the filming of the video.

    “It’s nothing like I thought it was going to be. We’re doing things that were not what was pitched to me. We had discussed a simulated s*x scene, but once the cameras were rolling, he started penetrating me for real. I had never agreed to that … It was complete chaos,” said Wood.
    She also revealed how she didn't feel safe as no one looked out for her.
    “I did not feel safe. No one was looking after me. It was a really traumatizing experience filming the video. I felt disgusting and that I had done something shameful, and I could tell that the crew was uncomfortable, and nobody knew what to do.” The actress also said that she did not consent for the act and was “coerced into a commercial s*x act under false pretenses”.
    “That’s when the first crime was committed against me. I was essentially raped on-camera,” Wood added.
    The actress also revealed how Manson forced her into describing the making of the video differently whenever she spoke in interviews.
    “I was supposed to tell people we had this great, romantic time and none of that was the truth. But I was scared to do anything that would upset Brian in any way. The video was just the beginning of the violence that would keep escalating over the course of the relationship.” said Wood.
    According to reports, Manson has denied raping Wood on the set of the music video.

    Now one would wonder that he’d always be busy driving through town, to keep his routine streamlined and to ensure customer satisfaction, he has his own app and a website where one can book a ride. “There used to be a time when I would wait for them. But today, they wait for me,” he said in an interview with Better India. When he is not at work, he is busy preparing for management lectures at business schools, as he is a management guru for students looking for a practical example.
