India’s winning spree against Afghanistan and Scotland is a reason for celebration but the world seems to be fixated with the losing streak that preceded these wins.  While these wins have ignited new found hopes for the team’s future in the T20 World Cup 2021, the allegations surrounding India’s match against Afghanistan being fixed has not stopped doing the rounds.  After much triggering and staying infuriated at these tall claims, Harbhajan Singh decided to share a piece of his own mind and lashed out at trolls over these fixing claims. He took to his Youtube channel and addressed everyone trolling the Indian cricket team. 

These fixing claims and accusations followed India’s eight wicket win against Afghanistan and continued after our men in blue beat Scotland to move up the game scoreboard. Harbhajan Singh didn’t mince his words at all and while on one hand he handsomely praised the Pakistani cricket team for a study game this season and winning all the four games which allowed them to hit the semis easily, he also reminded the trolls about the tarnished reputation of some of their own cricketers and mentioned Mohammad Amir, who was found guilty of spot fixing during the 2012 Lord's Test. Tweeting out his video, he urged people to stop this ‘nonsense’ trend and needless to say, found some affable support as well, however, he was also trolled in return.

Great to see Indian Team finally playing for Pride of in last 2 matches. For all those craps calling these matches as Fixed by @BCCI, why did they not call Third Umpire Fixed by @TheRealPCB for not giving No Ball on @klrahul11 dismissal and Rizwan run out in #IndVsPak match??

I've been pretty vocal about all how stupid this #matchfixed trend was/is

But it's really hilarious that a person like Bhajji is quiet whenever there's a hateful trend from other side of the border
He even joins in #MaukaMauka is a prime example

As Afghanistan prepares to play New Zealand, the match will decide the fate of our team in the World Cup. One cannot forget that this game is not merely a game, it's an emotion.
