It's sad, right? I mean, a superstar like Shah Rukh Khan has been forced into silence for the longest time ever. An actor, known for his quick wit and larger-than-life personality is living privately at his Alibaug farmhouse in search of privacy and most importantly, peace. It was a long hard-fought month for the Bollywood superstar, whose eldest son Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB in a drug-related case on a Goa-bound Cruise ship.

Aryan, since then has been released and has been staying with SRK and the rest of the family in Alibaug, only coming to the city to show up for routine NCB call-ups. Now, having been quiet for the longest time, it seems that Shah Rukh has finally broken his silence.

According to a source close to the SRK family, Shah Rukh has come out to issue a request to his directors. Yes. Shah Rukh, who had been shooting for a couple of projects, had put everything on a standstill while dealing with private matters, and understandably so. However, the actor has now requested filmmakers to give him some freedom in a way that he can work and stay close to his family.

As per the source, “He (Shah Rukh) has asked to keep film schedules that are outside India in small chunks, instead of one big schedule and leave scope for him to visit home every couple of weeks for a few days. He has requested them to plan the shoot in such a way that portions with the other artists can be shot while he is away so that he can be there with his family every once in a while without impacting the shoots or causing any delays.” 

The source also told a publication that SRK wants to create a proper balance between his professional and personal life. “Shah Rukh Khan has become very protective of Aryan and his family after the recent incident and has decided to be there for them and find a balance between personal and professional time.” 

SRK is currently in the middle of shooting for Pathan and other projects, and if the reports are correct, would continue to go back to work soon.
