Jacqueline Fernandez is making headlines these days for all the wrong reasons. 

The Sri Lankan actress who made her acting debut with the 2009 Sujoy Ghosh dud Aladin, has been courting controversies due to her alleged involvement with conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. 

It has also been alleged that she was in a relationship with Sukesh. In fact, recently, a few kissing selfies of the duo had also gone viral on social media. 

And now, it has been reported that there is a lookout notice against Jacqueline by ED (Directorate of Enforcement) and because of which she was stopped at Mumbai Airport from leaving the country. 

This isn’t the first time that Jacqueline has made headlines for her personal life. Her relationship with filmmaker Sajid Khan had also been the talk of the town a few years earlier.

While Jacqueline has never spoken publicly about her relationship with Sajid, the filmmaker had talked about their break-up back in 2014. In fact, he had hinted that she used to “nag” him and even indirectly blamed her for the failure of his film Himmatwala starring Ajay Devgn. 

In an interview with TOI, Sajid was asked about breaking up with Jacqueline right after the failure of Himmatwala. He had stated, “While we broke up in May 2013, in reality right from December 2012, it started becoming sour. So you are already preparing your mind in those five months. Also, when you don’t have a woman in your life, you don’t have someone constantly nagging you, so you end up working better and are more focused. I went for a holiday with her for five days in the middle of making Himmatwala and felt so bad when the film didn’t do well. For Humshakals, I have not taken a single holiday.” 

Well, Sajid may have insinuated that Himmatwala flopped because of his relationship with Jacqueline but his next film Humshakals too was a major dud at the box office. And this was years after his relationship with the Kick actress ended.

Right after their relationship had ended, a Mumbai Mirror report had claimed that the reason for their breakup was Sajid’s over possessiveness. 

The report had quoted a source as saying, “He was always protective, but at times too possessive of his girlfriend. Jackie brought out his prudish side… he had issues with the way she dressed, her roles… everything.”

It was also reported that Sajid prohibited her from kissing Hrithik Roshan on-screen and filming intimate scenes with Randeep Hooda and Arunoday Singh, which resulted in her losing films like Krrish 3 and Jism 2.
