Long before Ranbir Kapoor made his acting debut, he and Salman Khan started off on the wrong foot. While there have been many rumours about them being in a perennial cold war but Katrina is not the apparent reason for it.

As per reports, the two were partying at a pub in Mumbai when they got into a drunk argument.

Apparently Salman slapped the actor and the verbal spat got ugly before Sanjay Dutt intervened. Later, his father Salim Khan had to send an apology to Ranbir’s family.

While there was no confirmation or denial about this, the incident was the talk of the town for a very long time. Later, however, Salman Khan appeared in a guest appearance for Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor’s debut movie Saawariya.

Katrina Kaif, who has dated both of them in the past is currently in the middle of her wedding with actor Vicky Kaushal in Rajasthan right now.
