'Why Not A Hollywood Superhero Yet?' 10 Pictures That Show Why Varun Tej Deserves That

All of a sudden, the entire country has sat up and started taking notice of the Telugu film industry. The phenomenon had started since Baahubali, but Pushpa's incredible success proved to be a definitive game changer. While the bigwigs are already celebrated, there are other superbly talented actors who are not yet a part of 'the mainstream buzz', but deserve every bit of it. The frontrunner to that perhaps should be Varun Tej Konidela.

Varun Tej is the son of Telugu actor and producer Nagendra Babu. He is a nephew of actors Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan. Actors Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Allu Sirish, Sai Dharam Tej & Vaisshnav Tej are his cousins.

He made his debut as a lead in the film Mukunda (2014). He later starred in the critically acclaimed war film Kanche (2015), directed by Krish. He then went on to appear in commercially successful films such as Fidaa (2017), Tholi Prema (2018), F2: Fun and Frustration (2019) and Gaddalakonda Ganesh.Β

Varun is blessed with a height of 6 ft 3 inches, along with incredible fitness levels. While cousins Ram Charan and Allu Arjun have already created enough stir with their individual fitness levels, this lad here can easily surpass them in terms of visual appeal, if it were to only come to that. On his birthday, fans on social media had an open question: Why is he not a part of a Hollywood superhero flick yet, with fitness levels and height like that?

We totally echo that sentiment, and here are 10 pictures which support our claim that Varun Tej is one of the fittest and best looking men in the Telugu film industry zright now.
