If you ever thought the Fast & Furious movies weren't crazy enough, well, you're in for a surprise!

According to reports, our beloved Aquaman Jason Momoa is the latest big Hollywood star to join the cast of Fast & Furious 10.

While the script for the latest movie is still in the works, Universal Pictures announced the addition of Jason as the newest member of the Fast & Furious 'Family'.

While the addition is definitely great news for the Fast franchise, it is unclear whether Jason's role will be that of a protagonist or antagonistic in nature, or maybe both.

According to reports, the Fast franchise chose Jason after losing out on Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.

Dwayne was an integral part of the Fast & Furious franchise, however, he left the series due to differences with star actor Vin Diesel.

Earlier, Vin, who plays the role of Dom Toretto had requested Dwayne to return to the franchise, however, to his surprise, Dwayne declined the offer.

Jason, who recently starred in The Dune, will now join Vin along with the rest of the cast members that including Sung Kang, Chris ‘Ludacris Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Michelle Rodriguez.

According to reports, Jason wrapped the shooting of the Aquaman sequel, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, last year.

He will also star in Slumberland, an epic fantasy that is based on the Winsor McCay comic strip from the early 20th century.

Over the years, the grand Fast & Furious movies have been known to bring in big stars with Johnson, Jason Statham, and John Cena, and Helen Mirren already starring in the movies.

It is reported that Charlize Theron, who had appeared in The Fate of the Furious, will also be back for the film.

So far, it is unclear whether there would be any more big-name additions to the movie. 

As per reports, Fast 10 will start shooting in the spring with Universal currently setting a 2023 release for the movie.
