Bollywood stars and their luxury cars are always the talk of the town. Shahid Kapoor, who is currently waiting for the release of Jersey, has now added another swanky car to his enviable collection of super-luxury wheels. The Jab We Met star celebrated his 41st birthday on February 25 and has gifted a Mercedes Maybach to himself. 

Well, yes, Shahid and Mira are now the proud owners of a swanky new Mercedes Maybach S580 that is priced around Rs. 3 crores. Isn't it insane? And here we are struggling with salaries that are worth peanuts.

The couple was papped around Mumbai while test-driving their new car. Viral Bhayani, a well-known paparazzi, shared pictures and a video of Shahid and Mira's new car. Have a look at Shahid's brand new Mercedes below:

According to carandbike.com, Mercedes Maybach S-Class' ex-showroom price starts at Rs. 2.11 crores in New Delhi and goes up to Rs. 2.79 crores. The model costs Rs. 3.79 crore on the road in the National Capital. 

However, Shahid is yet to react to buying the luxurious car.

For the unversed, the Kabir Singh actor celebrated his 41st birthday with his family and friends. He hosted an intimate birthday bash at his home which was attended by various celebrities including Ishaan Khatter, Ananya Panday, Kiara Advani, Sidharth Malhotra, Mrunal Thakur, Kunal Khemmu among others. 

On the career front, Shahid's much-awaited film, Jersey, is slated to hit the screens on April 14. He has already completed shooting for Raj & DK's upcoming web series, which is expected to stream this year on Amazon Prime Video and marks the actor's digital debut. Currently, he's busy with Ali Abbas Zafar's untitled thriller.

Shahid also has a film titled Bull in his kitty in which he’ll be playing the role of a paratrooper. The project, which marks the actor’s reunion with Kabir Singh producer Bhushan Kumar, is slated to release on April 7, 2023.
