The last time Sridevi signed a film, she delivered one of the best performances of her career. The film was ‘English Vinglish’ and it was an important lesson in feminism.

Few years later, Sridevi is all geared up with her next film called ‘Mom’ and we’re quite excited to see how this one rolls out. Directed by Ravi Udyawar, the plotline has been kept under wraps so far but if the poster is anything to go by, Sridevi would be playing a housewife and a mother yet again, much like ‘English Vinglish’.

The film also marks the comeback of the underrated yet super talented Akshaye Khanna who’s always surpassed our expectations with his performances. The film will also feature Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a cameo and that’s another reason to look forward to ‘Mom’!
