Don't get me wrong, I love Twitter, but it's like a breeding ground for trolls most of the time. But along with the bad, there's also the good and here's a heartwarming story about one of the best things that internet and social media have made possible.
A loving and concerned son tweeted about his dad's new donut shop and how his dad is sad about no customer showing up.
My dad is sad cause no one is coming to his new donut shop ð pic.twitter.com/y5aGB1Acrc— billy (@hibillyby) March 9, 2019
Such a cute little shop and such a hardworking man, the tweet soon went viral, because who wouldn't want to help out a family like that. The tweet currently stands at 234,468 retweets and 495,978 likes and all of it happened in just one day.
Soon, he posted the address and Instagram page for the shop and lo and behold, everyone started showing up to buy some donuts.

In just a few hours after the first tweet, he gave everyone this incredible update.
Just wanted to update yall! We completely sold out of donuts and kolaches! You are all amazing. I can't thank everyone enough for coming out and supporting local businesses. This means so much to my family â¤ï¸ pic.twitter.com/o3GQcKvVnG— billy (@hibillyby) March 10, 2019
Look at those smiles!
As soon as people saw the tweet, they wanted to come for a donut if they lived close-by.

But, so many people came to show support, it was always crowded.
