The movie is continuing to break records for Akshay Kumar and despite being panned by the critics, fans are loving his performance in the movie.

The actor took to Twitter to thank all his fans and wrote, “Thank you for loving us and laughing with us. It is because of your love we are where we are today. Thanks to all my fans and audiences who have poured unconditional love on #HouseFull4. Thank you for showing us that nothing beats hate more than love.”

Housefull 4 is a slapstick comedy based on the theme of reincarnation. It is the fourth installment of the Housefull franchise, helmed by Sajid Khan. Apart from Akshay Kumar, the movie also features Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda, Pooja Hegde, Chunky Panday, and Rana Daggubati.

Director Farhad Samji earlier told IANS, "It is a period comedy... something that we are doing for the first time. The look, clothes, and scale of the film are done on a different level. That's the challenge."

We wonder if both critics and the audience didn't like the movie on the very first day, who is actually going and watching the movie.
