Motorola's Folding-Screen RAZR Has Been Leaked By A Reliable Source And Here's How It Will Look

Motorola's Folding RAZR phone is yet to be announced though it is scheduled to launch next month. However, images of the upcoming smartphone have been leaked by a reliable source online. A total of 10 images have been leaked that show the folding smartphone in detail from every angle possible.

From the pictures, we can see that the upcoming phone looks identical to the RAZR V3 that was launched originally in 2004. The leaked image shows the new hinge Motorola teased earlier and it also shows how the display folds into place just like the RAZR V3.

The images were leaked by Evan Blass on Twitter and if you want to see them for yourself, we've compiled it into a gallery for you. In the images, one can notice that there is a second screen next to the primary camera on the outer part of the phone. There's also a fingerprint reader at the base of the phone which may double up as a home button as well.

Previous rumours have suggested that the upcoming RAZR will be powered by Qualcomm's octa-core Snapdragon 710 SoC and have a 6.2-inch OLED display. The second display will have a lower resolution similar to that on the Galaxy Fold. It will be used for basic functions such as answering calls, replying to texts and take selfies. The single main display will fold vertically and will flip into place like it did on the original RAZR phones. The smartphone is expected to cost $1500 and will launch on November 13. There's no word whether the smartphone will be coming to India, but with the recent success of the Samsung Galaxy Fold in India might make it possible.
