A man from Delhi found an ingenious idea to get inside the airport by cutting the chase of long queues. He impersonated a Lufthansa airline pilot and was arrested by the CISF personnel at the Indira Gandhi International Airport on Tuesday. 

According to Deccan Chronicle, Rajan Mahbubani was dressed up as a pilot and was arrested at the departure gate of the airport. He was about to board the AirAsia flight to Kolkata. 

A senior CISF official said, "The man who lives in the Vasant Kunj area of the national capital, owned a fake ID card of Lufthansa Airlines captain, and he used it to get privilege at airports.”

"The passenger disclosed that he used to shoot YouTube videos on aviation and had obtained the Lufthansa fake ID card in Bangkok," the officer added.

While talking to him, police found out that Rajan used to make TikTok videos and he also had videos wearing different uniforms in his phone which included him dressing up as an Army Colonel.

Also, this is not the first time someone has tried to enter the airport by dressing up as someone else, a few months ago 32-year-old Jayesh Patel was also caught by the CISF personnel at the Delhi airport for disguising himself as an 81-year-old man.

He arrived in a wheelchair to board the flight from Delhi to New York.
