The war of words between video content platforms YouTube and TikTok began a couple of weeks ago when CarryMinati decided to roast Amir Siddiqui in a video titled âYouTube Vs Tiktok - The Endâ and it ended up taking over the internet. 

His video got polarising reviews. Not only did it become the most liked (non-music) video on YouTube India but also made those who were against the Chinese app, create fake Google accounts just to give bad ratings to TikTok on the Play Store and App Store.  

On the other hand, the supporters of Amir and other TikTok fans went on the offence and got CarryMinatiâs video pulled down by reporting it to YouTube, the company itself. 

While some find CarryMinatiâs videos entertaining and unconditionally hilarious and even call him the best âroasterâ of India, others have called him crass, sexist and somebody who doesnât understand what âcomedyâ really is. 

Indian comedian Kunal Kamra clearly belongs to the second category as the man uploaded a video on his YouTube channel titled âAaja Beta Carry Teko Roast Sikhaye!â on Friday in which he roasts the young online sensation.  

He talks about how in the name of comedy, CarryMinati only knows how to abuse, doesnât take the time to write his âjokesâ and essentially, how much his content sucks (followed by a million OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHâs).

Now, some people are calling out Kamra for trying to make his cut to trending fame by getting involved in something he had nothing to do with in the first place, and that he only wanted to show that he is relevant as well.

However, it seems as if Kamraâs move to roast the hottest YouTuber in India right now simply blew up in his face.  

The video was uploaded less than 24 hours ago and while it has gotten over two million views, it has also garnered over seven lakh dislikes. Many have confessed to not even watching the first minute of the video and simply going to the link just to press the dislike button.  

And believe it or not, Twitter has been overflowing with CarryMinati supporters conducting a roast for themselves with Kamra at the centre of it:
