Advertisers and most corporations would have you believe that brands are everything. There is a reason why companies and corporate entities spend crores on advertising and designing logos.

And believe it or not, it actually seems to work. Just by looking at a logo, people identify their values and themselves with a certain company. Heck, people pay a premium for particular brand logos.
