To give you a break from all the negative news, we come bearing some uplifting news. A woman delivered a baby boy aboard IndiGo's Delhi-Bengaluru flight last night. In response to a query from PTI, IndiGo said: "We confirm that a baby boy was delivered prematurely on flight 6E 122 from Delhi to Bengaluru. There are no further details available."

"A baby boy was born en route on the Delhi-Bengaluru 6E 122 flight that landed at the Bengaluru airport around 7.30PM today," 

an aviation industry source told PTI.

As per a report by The News Minute, the woman was not even 32 weeks into her pregnancy which is why the airlines allowed her to fly. A senior gynaecologist who was also luckily on the flight, helped her when she went into premature labour. The video has already gone viral on the Internet.

The IndiGo crew members are also being praised for helping the woman deliver the baby onboard the flight safely. People are also asking if the baby will be getting free tickets for life. Well, if some sources are to be believed, IndiGo may indeed offer free tickets to the baby boy for life.
