It's a well-established fact that Anil Kapoor can take on any new young hero when it comes to fitness. The man is more in shape in his 60s than probably an average person in their 20s and it's a commendable thing.

He often shares pictures and videos of himself working out and has always acted as an inspiration for everyone, along with proving that age really is just a number.

Recently, he shared a couple of pictures showing off his hard work with his bicep gains and well, if you've got it, you should definitely flaunt it. 

But, the more important part than the 'gun show' was his heartfelt caption.

He wrote, "I just always wished that someday I could also post pictures showing off my biceps and triceps like people do."

And finally, he's celebrating his small victory, as he puts it, and making his dream come true. And, looking at the pictures, it's honestly damn impressive.

Moreover, the story doesn't end there. 

He's even prouder of the validation he's finally getting and loves the appreciation his hard work is getting him.
