Remember the 'can I copy your homework? Just change it up a bit so it doesn't look obvious.' meme? Well, we basically saw that yesterday when the entire celebrity community, including Bollywood and sports personalities, finally realized that India was having one of the largest protests in the world.

It's not me saying that, but almost the entire country.

The farmers' protests have been going on for months and not a single word from some of the most prominent celebrities in the country.

But, ek dum se waqt badal gaya, jazbaat badal gaye, zindagi badal gayi yesterday. We all know the trigger point, don't we?

As soon as Rihanna tweeted an article talking about the internet cut off in Delhi during the protests, all hell broke loose.

Her one tweet had enough power to rattle everyone in the country, with half the people fully supporting her and appreciating her for speaking up, and the other half saying that she shouldn't speak up on India's internal matters.

why aren’t we talking about this?! #FarmersProtest https://t.co/obmIlXhK9S

— Rihanna (@rihanna) February 2, 2021

Rihanna became the only person that people could seem to talk about and soon enough, so many celebrities, who had been silent on the matter, decided to speak up.

However, people noticed something strange about their tweets.

It almost looked like they were given a script and all of them changed it up a bit to not make it seem so obvious.

The similarities in their tweets, the words used, the stance they all took, it looked too eerily similar to be a coincidence. And the fact that literally everyone tweeted on the same day, made people even more suspicious that it's not actually their own personal opinions.

While most of them did manage to change a few words here and there, two celebs did end up tweeting the exact same thing, word to word, and well, what more proof do we need?

Here's what Akshay Kumar said -

And, a few hours later, Saina Nehwal tweeted this -

Hmm, something's not right here.

People are remembering one particular selfie today.

Never forget #FarmersProtests #FarmerProtests #spinelessbollywood @AbhinandanSekhr https://t.co/UXAzotoWgg pic.twitter.com/g2fi96tslg

— Tanya Bahuguna (@tanya_bahuguna) February 3, 2021 Well.

Disappointed with the fraternity tweeting identical tweets that make it more like a marketing gimmick. Whatever their reasons & I’m no one to judge at least u could have tried to make it more original. Now you have given yourselves away. Reel Life Heroes VS Real Life Heroes

— Farah Khan (@FarahKhanAli) February 4, 2021 People question how one tweet can have such a huge impact.

Good to see that atleast one Bollywood actress is having spine to question back #FarmersProtest #SpinelessBollywood https://t.co/ZREH7OL5Rb

— Akshay (@Akshay890796815) February 4, 2021 Oh no.

Hi! @NSaina - Money will be deducted. @akshaykumar already tweeted this. Akshay is very particular about deducting money for overacting pic.twitter.com/WMpumGhAUb

— Joy (@Joydas) February 3, 2021 Ouch.

Hey @akshaykumar ji and @NSaina even if you have got directives from the government to put out this tweet, one can always edit no? pic.twitter.com/ghvXe7Y0EU

— Saira Shah Halim ‏‎‎سائرہ 🇮🇳 (@sairashahhalim) February 4, 2021 Okay, this is funny.

@akshaykumar and @NSaina meet me during lunch hour. pic.twitter.com/HTRYuNsSrj

— rahul. (@rahoelx) February 3, 2021 They can't even see the irony.

The irony of Indian @NSaina and Canadian @akshaykumar posting exactly same tweet, word to word, with the hashtag India against Propaganda while being part of the Propaganda pic.twitter.com/4BbBoeNdWq

— Joy (@Joydas) February 3, 2021 Don't you hate it when that happens?

Woww what a coincidence both have same thoughts,spelling and sentences...#FarmersProstest #FarmersProtests @akshaykumar @NSaina pic.twitter.com/K1Pj3UxmnE

— Aamir adil alig (@turk_148) February 4, 2021 Exactly.

Rihana simply showed her concerns for farmers struggle...since when showing empathy/sympathy became something that would divide a country.. sounds to me more like supporting and uniting @akshaykumar @KanganaTeam @NSaina @ajaydevgn @karanjohar

— Harshdeep DHILLON (@HarshdeepDHIL14) February 4, 2021 That's going to cost them.

Oh my God! Laziness key be hud hoti hai 🤣

— FreeKashmiri (@KashmiriFree) February 4, 2021 Not cool.

How embarrassing #IStandWithFarmers #FarmerProtest #FarmersProtest #india #farmers #protest https://t.co/PHZagW60HR

— BritAsia TV (@BritAsiaTV) February 3, 2021 Yep.

Saina Nehwal hoping against hope that the teacher goes through her homework before Akshay Kumar's.
