Perhaps no one else has embraced the gym aesthetic as good as Varun Dhawan.

Very often, you’ll see the man in some of most basic, but dope looking co-orded set of work out clothes. 

The thing that fascinates us, is the manner in which Varun makes it look super fashionable.

The way he is able to do that, is through his sneakers. 

It is a widely known fact that Varun Dhawan is a self-confessed sneakerhead, who owns dozens of pairs of some of the most sought after sneakers.

Very recently, he was seen in Mumbai, outside his gym, wearing a pair that is actually a bit of a collector’s favourite, in spite of being extremely affordable.

But first, let’s have a look at his outfit.

Varun was seen in a monochrome outfit, dressed from the head to the toe in all things Reebok.

For those interested in the mask, that’s a piece from Reebok, who have decided to call it “Face Covers.” They retail for Rs 699 for a pack of three, but you can pick them up for a lot less if you know where to look.

The jogger and the T-shirt, again, are from Reebok, and very basic. The joggers are your run of the mill, fleece jogger pants.

The sneakers that he’s wearing though, are anything but basic. They are from Reebok’s Zig line of sneakers, particularly, the Kinetica lineup, which were designed by UFC Legend Conor McGregor.

Because they were designed by McGregor himself, it would be safe to assume that a lot of the elements that went into the making of the shoe, both in terms of functionality and aesthetics, were somehow connected to boxing, or MMA.

The sneaker actually looks dope with its all-black upper body and that orange sole. It has a rather clean and simplistic looking aesthetic, which adds to the functional vibe of the sneaker.

One would assume that a sneaker designed by McGregor would be unbelievably expensive. That’s not the case. In fact, they are actually quite affordable.

Although the sneakers retail for about Rs 7,199, they can be often found for much cheaper across e-commerce platforms.

All in all, that’s a dope looking outfit that Varun’s got there. The sneakers, especially, are on a different level.
