Emraan Hashmi may be a style renegade, who doesn’t experiment a lot with fashion and style, but boy, does he know his watches.

It wouldn’t be a stretch to say that he is one of the biggest watch enthusiasts in Bollywood, and has an amazing collection. We seriously doubt if any other Bollywood star has a watch collection that is as varied and as zany as his.

A few days back, he gave us a glimpse of a rather special and unique watch that he owns, an Omega Speedmaster that actually went to the moon.

Recently, while promoting his upcoming film Mumbai Saga, he was seen wearing a watch that looks like it was inspired By RoboCop, the hit cartoon and film series from the 1990s.

Before we take a good and hard look at his watch, let’s have a look at his outfit.
As always, Emraan Hashmi was dressed in a rather simplistic and laidback manner, with no element that would be considered loud or over the top.

He was wearing a very basic, printed T-shirt, with a pair of black denim, and a pair of lace-up, ankle-length boots. The monochromatic outfit is simple, and a properly normcore outfit.

We like the fact that apart from his watch, he has also used wrist bands and bracelets as accessories, which gives the ensemble some character.

Speaking of character, we finally move on to the watch that he’s wearing. The dark grey coloured watch is genuinely a timepiece that is one of its kind.

Emraan is seen here wearing the Big Bang Meca-10 Titanium from Hublot. The watch is a part of the most successful line of watches from the Nyon based Swiss watchmakers.

Hublot has been making some pretty interesting developments in materials used for watches, and has also been making some pretty interesting watches.

The Meca-10 Titanium has a case that is made out of the highest grade of titanium, with a micro blasted finish. The watch has a matte black skeletal face which, with all those accents, actually looks very rugged. The watch features an in-house, manual winding movement.

As for the strap, we get one made from rubber, with a titanium clasp.
A watch as exquisite as this is surely going to be expensive. The Meca-10 Titanium retails in India for Rs 14.93 Lakhs, which, again, isn’t exactly cheap. But is it worth the price it demands? Absolutely.

All in all, that’s actually a pretty solid piece that Emraan’s got there. Kudos Emraan, well done indeed.
