Samsung has now made the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 official in India by releasing the pricing and availability details. The smartphones were announced earlier this week and include the A52 which comes with a 6.5-inch AMOLED display that also has a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone has a 4,500 mAh battery and comes with a 15W charger in the box. The other device is the Galaxy A72, which, on the other hand, comes with a larger 6.7-inch AMOLED display that also has a 90Hz refresh rate. The A72 is also powered by a larger 5,000 mAh battery. Both smartphones also support 25W fast charging via the power delivery protocol.

What comes as a surprise is that both phones are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 720G processor instead of Samsung’s own Exynos chipset. The phones also come with IP67 water and dust rating. Both smartphones run on OneUI 3.1 based on Android 11 out of the box. Additionally, both devices also come with a stereo speaker with support for Dolby Atmos content and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Both smartphones will be available in four colour options that have a matte finish at the back.
