Recently, Chris Hemsworth took to Instagram to announce that the makers of Thor: Love & Thunder have wrapped up shooting in Australia and that the film will now go into post-production.

The actor posted a picture of himself with Taika Waititi, the director of the film, stating that this is going to be one “batshit crazy,” and “off the wall funny” movie. 

And given just how awesome Thor: Ragnarok was, thanks to Waititi, we think that this is quite the possibility.

Now that the film is all set to go into post-production, the audience and Marvel fans can finally expect to see a trailer in a month or two.

In an interview with a notable Australian daily, Taika Waititi said that the new instalment made Ragnarok look like a “normal” and safe movie - that’s how crazed up things are with Thor: Love & Thunder.

Natalie Portman will be coming back to the franchise as Jane, and a will have Thor’s powers, along with a few of her own. 

Waititi has said that he and the writers had gone back to the comic books and have referred to them extensively, in sketching out Jane’s power.

Other notable actors that will be seen in the film are Tessa Thompson, who plays the new ruler of Asgard, and Christian Bale who will be taking up the role of Gorr, the God Butcher and the main villain in the film. 

There’s also a possibility of the Guardians Of The Galaxy cast to be seen in the film.

It legit looks like a small European coastal town that is open to tourists, with a small cottage marked “Asgard Tours Aerial Sightseeings.”

If everything goes as per schedule, Thor: Love & Thunder is all set to release in May 2022, across the world. However, given how things have been for the last one and a half years, do keep in mind that a delay is possible.
