Kangana Ranaut is the 'Queen' of Bollywood. Not just for her immaculate acting skills, but she is known as the Queen of controversies as well. 

While some people have hailed her for taking a stand against issues in the nation, others have slammed her incessantly for simply making noise. 

But the fact remains that she has single-handedly called out people who have failed, in her opinion, without worrying about losing her credentials.

After a barrage of controversies, Kangana recently claimed that despite being the highest tax-paying actress, she couldn't pay half of last year's tax, as she wasn't getting any work. 

She also mentioned that she doesn't mind if the government adds interest to the tax amount.

In her Instagram post, the actress shared, "Even though I come under highest tax slab pay almost 45 per cent of my income as tax, even though I am the highest tax-paying actress but because of no work haven't paid half of my last year's tax yet, first time in my life."

She further added, "I am late in paying tax, but the government is charging me interest on that pending tax money, still I welcome this move." 

She concluded the note on a positive remark and wrote, "Time could be tough for us individually, but together we are tougher than the time."

Kangana was recently banned on Twitter, after which the actress often takes to Instagram to express her opinions. 

Recently, Uri actress Yami Gautam posted beautiful pictures from her wedding, to which Kangana posted several comments. When Vikrant Massey said Yami looks 'Pure and pious, like Radhe Maa', Kangana replied, "Kahan se nikla ye cockroach..lao meri chappal."

On the work front, Kangana's upcoming movie, Thalaivi, awaits theatrical release, which got postponed due to the pandemic. 

Aside from that, she will also be seen in Manikarnika Returns, The Legend Of Didda, a film on Indira Gandhi and Dhaakad.
