Ajay Devgn recently made headlines after a report circulated on the internet saying actor-producer Ajay Devgn had purchased a new property in Mumbai’s Juhu area.

The actor is currently living in his bungalow Shiv Shakti with his family and the new property is said to be not far from the home they are residing in at the moment. According to a report by Times Now, the bungalow is around 474.4 square meters and has a constructed area of around 6,500 sq ft carpet.

Not only this, the house is said to be purchased for a market value of Rs 47.5 crore.

According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Ajay Devgn has also taken a loan of Rs 18.75 crores for this new bungalow. The report also said that the deal was finalized in November-December last year after which the property was transferred in the joint name of Ajay and his mother Veena Virendra Devgn on May 7.

The bungalow is also said to be located in the Kapole Co-operative Housing Society.

The report also said that the actor also paid a stamp duty of around Rs 2.73 crores on this deal. The property was purchased last year but the loan was taken on April 27.

Also, many A-lister actors live in the same area where the purchase has been made. Also, another report surfaced saying that Ajay has purchased a new property for Rs 60 crores.
