26-year-old Portuguese Moto GP racer Miguel Oliveira shocked everyone after marrying his pregnant step sister after hiding their relationship from the world for over 11 years. 

He recently revealed that he was dating the daughter of his dad's second wife and kept his relationship with Pimenta a secret for a long time. 

They have known each other since the age of 13, and romance blossomed soon after that.
