After a lot of contemplation on who will be playing the role of Sita, Kangana Ranaut has finally confirmed that she has been roped in as the lead in a film titled Sita: The Incarnation. This is the same film that was reportedly offered to Kareena Kapoor Khan. Sita: The Incarnation will be directed by Alaukik Desai. Kangana Ranaut has shared a poster of the upcoming film on her Instagram Stories and also thanked the director for giving her the opportunity.

"What was a mirage, is now clear. A dream of a pious character never explored is now a reality. I am ecstatic to bring Kangana Ranaut on board as Sita. This pious journey will change the course of how we perceive our mythology. Thank you SS Studio for your immense support and belief," the director tweeted. Kangana shared a screenshot of the tweet and wrote, “Thank you for this opportunity.

Kareena was in news for reportedly charging Rs 12 crores for the film and was brutally trolled. According to reports now, Kangana is charging Rs 32 crores for the role of Sita. While there’s no confirmation on the same, we don’t believe it either as KRK has tweeted out this information.

He wrote, “According to my sources #KanganaRanaut has charged Rs.32Cr for film #Sita. Hence she has become the highest-paid ever actress in Bollywood. But why producers have done this blunder? you will know all details from my review which will release soon.”

This is not what we found shocking but we are more annoyed with the fact the people who trolled Kareena are okay with the fact that Kangana can draw this much for playing Sita. Isn’t this unfair?
