Dia Mirza, despite getting trolled for her divorce or anything on the personal or professional front, has always responded befittingly. 

For example, she recently spoke about measures that humans can take to help the environment. 

On Sunday, she posted a video and addressed a few issues related to poverty, inequality, injustice, and climate change in a Global Citizen Live event. 

This was held in Mumbai, and other stars, including Kiara Advani and Anil Kapoor, were seen too.

Dia also thanked Priyanka Chopra and wrote, “Thank you Global Citizen for bringing us all together to #DefendOurPlanet for ALL people!!! What an extraordinary display of humanity. As always it was an honour and privilege. Thank you @priyankachopra for bringing us together. When we come together united as one people can we truly bring about the change we need to combat man made #ClimateChange! Let’s all take steps to compel our governments, industry and institutions to #ActNow #ForPeopleForPlanet and achieve #GlobalGoals.”

As soon she took the video live, fans started nitpicking and had asked her several questions. But one user whose comment struck the most was, “how much did u charge for this event?”

The actress then gave an appropriate answer and replied, "Nothing"

Dia had also shared a picture earlier while shooting for the event last week. 

She wrote, "Finally stepped out last evening to be a part of a very special event Error! Filename not specified. More on that soon! For now, just wanted to thank this amazing team for making me feel super even though it was so so so tough going away from Avyaan for those 4hrs Error! Filename not specified. Mamma will work Avi, because Mamma wants to make the world a better place for you to grow up in my jaan.”

Dia also celebrated daughter's day with Vaibhav Rekhi's daughter, Samaira. She shared pictures featuring the family and wrote, “We are so grateful for you baby!”
