In a shocking turn of events, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was detained by NCB along with several others after a cruise party was raided. It soon became the most trending discussion on Twitter and people started to share their opinions on the star kid being detained for consuming drugs. Now, he's been in jail for more than three weeks with bail being denied four times already.

Just before the bail hearing of SRK’s son Aryan in the Mumbai drugs case, some new WhatsApp chats have surfaced showing that Aryan discussed a cocaine plan with two others. India Today exclusively released these chats. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has been questioning Ananya Panday and Aryan Khan over their WhatsApp conversations discussing drugs.

Aryan - Let's get cocoain tomorrow (sic)

Aryan - I am getting you guys f****d.

In another WhatsApp chat, Aryan Khan had ordered drugs (weed) worth Rs 80,000 from Achit Kumar.

But there's a twist here. It's said that WhatsApp chats are not reliable proof for the court. Also, as per the former attorney general of India, Mukul Rohatgi, appearing for Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son’s jailed son Aryan in the drugs seizure case, the star kid is wrongly arrested in this case. “No recovery, no consumption, I submit I am wrongly arrested," the former AG said on behalf of the star-son, adding there was no material to show that Aryan financed illicit trafficking of drugs. He added, “Penalty is for consumption or carrying it. I don't have it, possession of somebody else can't be my possession. Unless it is in my knowledge.”

As per a report in Times Of India, Khan has been booked for his consumption of ‘Charas’. The NCB alleged that they had seized 13 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of MD, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA (ecstasy), and Rs 1.33 lakh in the raid.

NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede earlier told PTI, “Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan is being questioned by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in its Ballard Estate office at south Mumbai. He was on a cruise ship where [the] agency raided in the night and busted [a] rave party.”
