Aryan Khan was detained by the NCB in connection with the possession of drugs at a cruise raid and has been in Arthur Road Jail since October 7. He has been denied bail four times even though nothing has been proved against the star kid yet.

Arguing before Justice Nitin Sambre in the Bombay High court, Rohatgi said Aryan didn’t possess any drugs. “No recovery, no consumption, I submit I am wrongly arrested," the former AG said. He added, “Penalty is for consumption or carrying it. I don't have it, possession of somebody else can't be my possession. Unless it is in my knowledge.”

4. Rohatgi has represented several high-profile cases. He has also represented the 2002 Gujarat riots case where he appeared before the court for the government of Gujarat.
5. Mukul Rohatgi is the son of former Delhi High Court judge, Justice Awadh Behari Rohatgi.
6. He did his graduation from Government Law College in Mumbai.
7. He practiced under Yogesh Kumar Sabharwal, former CJI in the High Court before starting his own legal practice.
