4 Pakistani Cricketers Who Found Love Across The Border & Married Indian Women

Love knows no boundaries, no borders and no religion. The sacred thread of matrimony, which unites two people, is a beautiful bond binding them. While the borders of Pakistan and India are a heated topic of debates and emotions, people across the border have often found love on the other side. Here are four Pakistani cricketers who found love and married an Indian woman:

1. Shoaib Malik

The first one who comes to my mind and not because he’s a famous cricketer, but also because he is married to India’s biggest tennis star, Sania Mirza. They are truly a prime example of a power couple and both lead a very successful life in their respective fields. The couple has been married for eleven years and have a son together. While they shuffle continents for their game but when they are off the field, they spend time together at their Dubai home.

Pakistan’s fast bowler was actually left clean bowled by an Indian beauty born and raised in Faridabad. Samiya was formerly a flight engineer in Dubai and that’s where the two met before falling in love and deciding to spend their life together. The wonderful couple are proud parents to a beautiful daughter now.

They got married in Karachi and moved to Mumbai. The marriage didn’t last for a very long time, but the couple has a daughter named Sanam Khan.
