From ‘Dasvi’ To ‘Gullak’, 6 New OTT Releases Which Will Keep You Entertained This Month


April is a month of new beginnings, with a new financial year on our heads and appraisal letters flying like Hogwarts letter in the air, it’s a month which requires fresh energy and excitement. So the dose of entertainment we consume should be no less than fabulous. Here are fresh new releases you can add to your binge-list for this month:

1. Radhey Shyam

No introduction is required for this Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer which was not a big commercial hit but nonetheless has been a visual treat for the Baahubali actor fans. Catch it on Prime Video.

2. Dasvi

Directed  by debutante director Tushar Jalota, this film chronicles the journey of a politician named Ganga Ram Chaudhary (played by Abhishek Bachchan) who decides to write and clear his 10th board examination from jail. Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur are the other two leads in this Netflix film which releases on 7th April.

3. Gullak Season 3

The bittersweet life of the mundane routine in the Mishra family is coming back. This season will continue to chronicle the realities and the intricacies in their small world. Get ready to join the emotional roller coaster ride on 7th April on Sony Liv.

4. Kaun Pravin Tambe?

This cricket drama revolves around an aspiring cricketer named Pravin Tambe who sadly never got a chance to play for the Ranji Trophy. His life changes when at the age of 41, he finally gets to play in the IPL. Catch Shreyas Talpade reignite his Iqbal fever with this movie Disey+Hotstar.

5. Bheeshma Paravam

Mammootty’s Malayalam thriller is currently playing o Disney+Hostar and tells the tale of a gangster who quits the bad world and turns into a transporter. However his past catches up with him and he’s thrown in a pool of revenge.

6. Mai

This crime thriller stars Sakshi Tanwar and follows a woman whose life changes after her daughter gets raped and murdered. As the mother tries to find justice for her daughter, the bad world of crime comes forward with its ugly face. Catch it on Netflix from 15th April.
