During a recent interaction with Deccan Chronicle, Zoya stated that she is looking into another film that explores a different dimension of hip-hop culture. As per latest reports, it could either be a sequel of 'Gully Boy' or even an extension of it.

Zoya added that, “My co-writer Reema Kagti and I do feel there's so much more to be said on the entire hip-hop culture in our country. And another film exploring the theme is being scripted and planned.”
