Union Minister and former actor Smriti Irani who ruled the small screen for the most part of the decade starting year 2000 and is most popularly known for playing the role of Tulsi Virani in the Star Plus soap opera 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi'.
