The pandemic is far from coming to an end and the chances of a vaccine also seem bleak but the Delhi government has now opened the metro trains nearly after five months. The metro services were closed all across the nation due to the country-wide lockdown.
Now, the metro trains are up and running across all cities but with the only limited operation. The people are supposed to follow strict metro regulations amid pandemic to contain the spreading of the virus.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal also took to Twitter saying, "happy that the Metro is starting from today and "good arrangements" have been made, the Chief Minister put in a word of caution and said, "We all should not be negligent in taking precautions".

— Mohit Andurkar (@mohitsmartlove) September 7, 2020The Home Ministry has issued strict guidelines allowing Metro services in the country to resume operations in a graded manner. The rules revolve majorly around contactless travel in the metro and no tokens being issues. The passengers will only sit on alternate seats and will have to wear a mask at all times.
Stoppage time at each station has also increased to maintain proper social distancing. There will be no stoppage in containment zones according to the rules and regulations.
