The Indian pricing for the upcoming Google Pixel 4a has been revealed and it already sounds like a great deal. The phone will be available at a special launch price of  Rs 29,999 (MRP Rs 31,999) and will be available to purchase on Flipkart as part of their Big Billion Day Specials, starting Friday, 16th October 2020. Apart from the new Pixel 4a, Google will also be selling their new Nest Audio smart speaker that will retail at a special launch price of Rs 6,999 (MRP Rs 7,999). Nest Audio will also be available at retail outlets such as Reliance Digital and Tata Cliq.

The Pixel 4a is a great deal for photographers as the phone brings all the same features as the flagship Pixel 4. It comes with a new re-designed punch hole camera at the front. The main camera also has features like dual exposure control, portrait mode, top shop, night shot with astrophotography capabilities and fused video stabilisation. The phone will be available in only one colour i.e. Just Black and has a matte finish at the back.

The Pixel 4 will also take advantage of Google Assistant for carrying out tasks such as sending text messages or controlling other apps. You can even use Google Assistant contextually with your apps. For example, when using Google Maps, one can simply say “Search for South Indian restaurants”. Other features such as real-time captioning, voice recorder with transcripts and other exclusive Google Assistant features will also be available with the phone.

The Pixel 4a is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 730G chipset and has an additional Titan M security module for on-device security. The chipset has been coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone also comes with a 3,140mAh battery that can be fast-charged using the 18W PD protocol. Pixel 4a customers will also be getting three month free trials of YouTube Premium and Google One. The Pixel 4a also comes with a range of connectivity options that include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, and a USB Type-C port. There is also a 3.5mm headphone jack on offer.
