There is always an old Tweet, just waiting there patiently to make a spectacular comeback. And, this time, the revival of a particular old Tweet is so ironic that it's making people question a lot of things.
The ongoing farmers' protest is getting stronger and stronger every day, as they are fighting against the new laws by the government.
Everyone has the Constitutional right to protest peacefully and they're just practising theirs, even if it's cruelly being met with water cannons and tear gas.

These farmers need support from every single person in the country because they are the ones providing us with the food we consume on a regular basis.
In a time like this, you would think that just the sheer number of people protesting would make the government listen to their pleas, and actually support them, but it seems that's just too much to ask for.
We're all waiting for PM Narendra Modi to actually speak up about what's currently happening in the capital and being the leader of the country, help out the people in distress.

Well, in a twist no one expected, PM Modi did support the farmers, but just in a different year.
In a tweet from right before he was elected as the Prime Minister of India back in 2014, he clearly sided with farmers wanting a fair price for their hard work.
Why should our farmers not get the right price? Farmers are not begging, they worked hard for it & should get good prices.
— Narendra Modi (@narendramodi) April 6, 2014
Six years later, the Tweet still applies and that says a lot about the condition of the country right now and how much we have actually 'progressed' in the last six years.
His stance changing so wildly when he went from the opposing leader to the actual leader is shocking for everyone and people just want to know what changed that he's not acknowledging the most important thing that is going on in the country.
