Kartik Aaryan has a rather understated sense of style - rarely will you see the man wearing some outlandish silhouette, or over the top pieces that scream for attention.

With that being said, he does know how to dress to impress. 

Whether you’re talking about wearing some dope looking sneakers, or quirky looking T-shirts that are priced astronomically high, the man has done it all. 

Needless to say, the man knows a thing or two about style.

Well, if his recent outfit is anything to go by, it seems that Kartik is trying to take things up a notch. 

He was recently spotted at the Mumbai Airport, wearing a pair of sneakers that look like they were spray painted as a part of an art project.

But first, let’s have a look at his outfit.

Kartik is seen here wearing a rather basic white, slim-fitting T-shirt. Along with that, he is also wearing a rather zany looking mauve coloured pair of chinos.

That in itself is a rather dope and combination. We feel that had Kartik gone for a henley collared long T-shirt or a polo T-shirt, it would have been better. Nonetheless, he still looks dapper.

We also like the bright red coloured mask from Hummel that he’s wearing. That, paired with the wayfarer sunglasses he’s wearing, look rather dope.

All this though, pale in comparison to the pair of sneakers that he is wearing. It seems they are from a non-descript brand and are actually a part of an art project, thanks to the quirky colourway.

If you look closely, it seems that they have been spray-painted to give it a rustic and artistic appeal. 

The basic white sneakers have been purposefully made to look dirty and worn out. The blue paint splotches and stains add to this appeal.

All in all, that’s a rather dope looking outfit that Kartik is wearing, and a proper lesson in style, on how to dress down casually, without putting much of an effort. 

It is simple, tasteful, and it works on a number of different levels.
