Rajkummar Rao has been dishing out some spectacular style goals for quite some time now, thanks to the outfits and ensembles that he has shown up in while promoting his films.

One can safely say that he certainly is one of the best-dressed actors in India, with an impeccable understanding of fashion and style.

Recently, at the premiere of his film Roohi, he gave us yet another example of why people are in awe of his sartorial sense. His outfit was a masterclass on dressing up in Indian ethnic wear, with a bit of panache and modernity.

Seen here in a dope looking outfit that is primarily black and grey, Rajkummar looks rather swell. Styled by Anisha Jain, Rajkummar certainly managed to turn heads as he attended the premiere in an outfit, that would be fit for a modern-day prince.

Rajkummar was seen wearing a rather simple but elegant looking short kurta with a floral print, a dapper-looking, contemporarily styled jacket, and a pair of black trousers.

The printed short kurta is actually made out of silk. The kurta is a sublime piece, put together by the designer duo Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna for their label Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna. The kurta’s white mosaic print on grey is just sublime to look at. The silhouette too, looks very ethnic, with a very subtle contemporary touch.

For those interested, the kurta, also called the Printed Silk Short Kurta is listed on the label’s website for Rs 12,500.

The jacket, on the other hand, looks straight off the runway from a European fashion week. It is called the Rock Jacket. The broad collars and the longer arms give the jacket a very elegant and European aesthetic. The pockets, panels and zippers, on the contrary, give it a very technical appeal.

The jacket is again a piece from Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna and retails for Rs 34,500.

We also like the black slip ons he’s wearing. The dual-tone finish of the shoes makes it an interesting piece, and an obvious improvement over regular kolhapuris and slippers.

All in all, this is actually quite a dapper outfit, and something to seriously consider if you’re looking for an outfit idea for an upcoming wedding or something. Kudos, Rajkummar, a job well done indeed.
