Krunal Pandya is the elder brother of Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya. He was born in Ahmedabad and then later moved to Vadodara in 1999. Currently, both the brothers live in Baroda. 

Pandya's family became lucky as Hardik got selected in India’s World T20 team and later Krunal Pandya was picked by Mumbai Indians for IPL 2016, the same team which his brother represented.

Krunal started playing cricket in childhood, while, Hardik didn’t. Hardik was casually playing while Krunal was practicing, that’s when Kiran More spotted Hardik and asked him to come to practice from the next day onwards.
