1. Sleep On A Clean Pillow

Your pillowcase acquires dirt through the day and oil and dead cells that your skin produces overnight so, make sure you change the covers of your pillows regularly. 

Especially for people with oily and acne-prone skin type, this little hygiene habit can make a whole lot of difference. 

2. Cleanse

Even if you didn't step out all day, your skin could have accumulated dust and dirt. These impurities clubbed with oil and sweat invite skin problems like irritation, acne and dullness. 

Make sure you wash your face every night before bed.

While a night cream or a moisturiser would only hydrate your skin, drinking a glass of water before you hit the sack will help hydrate it from within through the night.

Binging on chips late at night or having a beer isn’t helping the health of your body, or your skin. 

Avoid having carbs, alcohol sweets and fried food and instead have a light, healthy meal a couple of hours before you sleep.

5. Keep Your Phone Aside

Not only using your phone before bed hampers your sleep but also harms your skin. The blue light that emits from your phone makes your skin age faster and add up to early ageing signs. 

Also, it can give you dark circles, puffiness and tired-looking eyes. So, put your phone away a couple of hours before bed to sleep better and wake up with even better skin.
