The internet has been abuzz with the news of Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s wedding and fans have been waiting for the official announcement from the two. They are reportedly tying the knot in a super luxurious heritage property, Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan's Sawai Madhopur area.

As per a report in India Today, the couple is also planning to invite a few friends from the industry. The list includes the likes of Karan Johar, Ali Abbas Zafar, Kabir Khan, Mini Mathur, Rohit Shetty, Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani, Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal, among others. The report also suggests that the couple’s team has got in touch with car rentals to ensure hassle free pickup and drop of these guests. 

An insider told IndiaToday, “Film and TV crews who are shooting in Jaipur close to the wedding dates are facing a shortage in car rentals as most of the SUV and high-end cars have been booked in advance for the wedding. The booking is done in bulk to facilitate pick-up and drops from the airport to the hotel and other events that are being planned around the wedding.” 

Reportedly, they have also rented a love nest for them as they plan to move to an apartment after their wedding. They will be neighbours to another power couple - Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli - who have two floors in the same building. 

Vicky is paying a whopping amount of rent for his apartment. Varun Singh, who heads a real-estate portal, told the entertainment portal, “Vicky has rented an apartment in Juhu’s Rajmahal, an ultra-luxurious building, for a period of 60 months, that is 5 years. He rented the 8th-floor apartment in July 2021. The security deposit paid by Vicky Kaushal is close to Rs 1.75 crore and the rent for the initial 36 months is Rs 8 lakh per month. For the next 12 months, it is Rs 8.40 lakh per month, and for the remaining 12 months, Vicky Kaushal will pay a rent of Rs 8.82 lakh per month.”
