Anand Mahindra's Latest Tweet Proves That No One Is Better At Jugaad Than Indians

'Necessity is the mother of invention'.

This honestly seems like some ancient desi proverb at this point because it exactly applies to 'jugaad' and no one in the world does that better than Indians.

If there's a problem, there's always a solution, even if it doesn't look like one. I've always said that if it's stupid and it works, it's not stupid, and looks like even Anand Mahindra agrees.

He's always pretty active on Twitter admiring or sharing new stuff and this time he decided to share what looks like a Whatsapp forward video just because it was that innovative.

What do you do when you don't have an excavator but just a 'charpai' or a 'khatiya'? Well, here it is-

I think the phrase 'Necessity is the mother of invention' was invented by Indians! Here's a new product our Farm & Construction sectors will have to consider as a replacement for an excavator:  A 'Khatiya-vator'. #whatsappwonderbox pic.twitter.com/av3qNdIAHd

Well, that's pretty cool. The most surprising part for me is someone like Anand Mahindra scouting through all the Whatsapp messages and videos he recieves to find stuff like that.

Am i going to hell for laughing at this?

Someone replied with more innovations.

Our farmers have invented one more than one ...... Another example . pic.twitter.com/8jofVuNSID

Wow.

This is  not  surprising....
my  father made a  cooler with an oil cane which costs only 250 rupees. And  the interedting thing is that this cooler  gives much cooling than a symphony cooler.
And it works with solar energy saves electricity bill.

Yep.

Only we Indians can find another use for a 'Khatiya' in the daytime like thisðð

Why does it sound like something Doofenshmirtz would make?

'Khatiya-vator' sounds cool ð

Someone literally gave the definition of jugaad.

An instant solution to the problem raised by the demand of situations. Moreover the solution provided by an instant action may not be the permanent solution but good enough to meet the present. May be called "Juggat" in sanskrit and "Jugadd" in hindi
