The actress recently was on a talk show with Arnab Goswami, where she didn't shy away from speaking the truth and highlighted the names of several moviemakers, who are out there, 'destroying the career of many newcomers and are tormenting them emotionally and mentally'. Kangana has been at loggerheads with filmmaker Karan Johar, ever since she came on his show, Koffee With Karan in 2017, where the whole fume of Nepotism started to spur.

After the recent interview with Goswami, Kangana's statement on Karan asking her to leave the industry, made the netizens dig up the clip, where the filmmaker told Kangana to stop playing the victim card. All this happened at a summit, which was downright humiliating.
This the clip Kangana is talking about, Karan telling her to leave and people applauding. He attacked her on an international summit #KanganaSpeaksToArnab pic.twitter.com/ODl0jTHaxe

In this interview, Karan Johar was asked about his opinion on the statement made by Kangana on his show at the LSE Indian Forum in 2017, to which he replied “I am done with Kangana playing the woman card and the victim card. You can’t be this victim who has a sad story at every given point of time, to tell how you have been terrorised by the bad world of the industry. Leave it." He also added "Who is forcing you on a gunpoint to be in the movies, leave, do something else,”
And obviously, after hearing such bitter words for the actress, it became a talking point for the netizens and they are leaving no opportunity in slamming Karan for his insulting remark.
Here's what everyone is saying:
Look how he is smiling with an attitude after insulting their own industry talents.
This is the first& foremost wish of karan to fill the entire industry with only starkids and that only starkids get all appreciation, fame& recognition not only in this industry but also worldwide.
WOW, I dont understand why are people applauding?! He is bashing a woman on interantional stage? Why do we tolerate him? #OnlyCBIForSSR

— bansi lal kaul (@Bansikaul) July 18, 2020 Went too far!Shameless hijda @karanjohar what's your talent? Running father's money to suit agenda? Apologise to @KanganaTeam , return Padma award, You don't deserve it
— Only NamasteOnly Veggie (@Anu18Radha) July 18, 2020@karanjohar She didn't come into the industry with your help or to appease you. She came to pursue acting which she likes. Who are you to ask her to leave?
And students of @LSE who applauded to this, what a great achievement to make it to LSE without a spine.
She has the guts to take on bollywood and this is the label given to her.. Victim card? She is standing up for herself + the many others who do not have a voice. She is also talking on behalf of the future upcoming talent that will be shut down if they don't play by their rules
— Billy the Kid (@Baaaaadgoat) July 19, 2020Run by their chamchas...I must confess I was blindfolded by their stunts and fake PR against @KanganaTeam but now I respect her more than ever
— Reneesie (@Reneesie1) July 18, 2020In the interview, the actress remembered the time when Karan debased her with such a statement and there was hooting and people even clapped for it. She also mentioned that the industry choked everything for her, including marriage and financial security. She further asked, "Don't you think the thought of suicide would cross my mind?"
Not just that, Kangana has also raised questions against other filmmakers including Mahesh Bhatt and Aditya Chopra, accusing them of vandalizing the career of the newcomers.
