The film is a comedy-drama released in the year 2015 and Farhan Akhtar plays the role of a journalist who works abroad. The film was directed by Zoya Akhtar and also stars Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, Priyanka Chopra, and Ranveer Singh in key roles. 

The Sky is Pink 

The movie is based on the life of motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary, who died in 2015 when she was 18 and was born with immunodeficiency disorder. Farhan Akhtar played the role of Aisha’s dad in the film alongside Priyanka Chopra who played the role of her mother.
