This Model Says She Was Too Attractive For Tinder & Got Banned From The App For Catfishing

We have the biggest example of self-love and knowing your worth, and it's in the form of an 'extremely attractive' model.

Luna Benna, a model from the US, recently got a lot of attention online after sharing all the problems she had to face while trying to make an account on Tinder.

However, she says that she got banned from the dating app because she was just 'too hot' for Tinder.

It all started back in 2017 when like almost every single person, Luna decided to join Tinder hoping to meet new people. As anyone would expect, she straight away had a bunch of matches, way more than an average person would get.

Explaining her Tinder journey, she said, "I was young, dumb and... looking for love. I received so many odd and silly messages during my time on Tinder. People offering me vacations, proposing to me, even offering money if I agreed to meet up with them. I never actually went through with that one, by the way."

She went on to explain that even though she didn't end up meeting almost all of her matches, she has some bizarre experiences.

"I definitely matched with people I liked. Did lots and lots of texting and FaceTiming, phone calls - the whole thing. Although I only actually ever met up with a couple of people from Tinder. One was a super awkward experience - the dude said my presence was so powerful it made him uncomfortable. He said it honest-to-god temporarily paralyzed him and he'd never met a woman like me before. We didn't have much in common and the vibe got weird after that."

Imagine having this much power, good for her.

But, soon after, she started facing problems. Since she was such an 'attractive' and a popular person on the app, soon copycats started cropping up. She got kicked off the app because a lot of people tried to catfish with her pictures and Tinder couldn't tell real from the fake.

She said, "From time to time, people would threaten me on Tinder for being too good-looking. People were stealing my photos and making money using my images. Catfishing, basically. It's really disappointing when people create fake profiles after stealing my images - it's sad for the person behind the image, and sad for the person who gets catfished."

But, there is a happy ending after all. She did end up meeting her significant other through the app before she got kicked off and they seem to be going strong till now.

She said, "I met my new guy, my current significant other, on Tinder, just before the ban. He picked me up and we went back to his place for dinner. We had such a fun time, didn't want it to end! So we started seeing each other more and more and noticed we had similar goals and motives. We're pretty much a power couple."

All I can say to her is more power to you!
