The duo, who is responsible for introducing Electronic music to so many of us back in the 90s, decided to drop their hats (or helmets) after giving us some great music to grind on for over 28 years. French duo Daft Punk called it quits leaving fans soppy, angry, confused and even sad. Since βhoni ko kaun taal sakta haiβ, the best thing we can do to stop grieving this break up is to just listen to some of their biggest hits over the years. Here are some of our personal favourites:
First Pharell Williams made us βhappyβ with his beats and then we got lucky when Daft Punk blessed us with this number.
2. I Feel It ComingThis is not a classic Daft Punk number, but one of the main reasons Mr. Weeknd ended up being a part of our weekdays is because of the great background score.
3. Harder Better Faster StrongerI was introduced to this number from Toonami. Love the guitar notes in this one!
4. PhoenixThis is one of the first few songs which got them the recognition they deserved. A must-have on that Daft Punk playlist.
5. Make LoveThis number, for me, is a beautiful love triangle between Piano, drum machine and the funk guitar.
6. Something About UsJust like the name, there is something about this number that made it an addition to this list.
7. One More TimeThis is one of the best party anthems that came from the genius brain of this duo and therefore, it must be played one more time, right?
8. CrescendollsThis one has some fun energy attached to its beat which kind of plays as the perfect background score for your work.
9. Digital LoveIβd call it one of the best teenage love songs ever written, if you minus the cheesy ones out of the list.
10. Around The WorldThis one ended up being a game changer and if you see that it was released around 1997, I have to say that the sound was too evolved for anyoneβs taste and thus it ended up being a rager.
