6 Super Fashionable Punjabi Music Videos That Serve Some Legit Style Goals For All Men

Whether you like it or not, Punjabi music has had a distinct impact on the Indian popular music scene, and how. While we have Badshah & Honey Singh on one end of the spectrum, we have quite a few artists, who make some really dope music as well as style statements in their music videos.

These music videos really do stand out, not only because of how skilfully they’ve been shot but also because of their styling.Β

We take a look at a few of the best styled Punjabi music videos, that legit serve some serious styling goals for men.

1. Old Skool

Prem Dhillon & Sidhu Moose Wala, both of them were impeccably dressed in this song. While Prem’s outfit was distinctly high-fashion in nature, Sidhu’s outfits consisted of athleisure, simple suitings, and one dope-looking ethnic wear. Sidhu, in particular, had a different level of swag altogether.

2. Brown Munde

Although for most of the song, we see AP Dhillon and his fellow singers in some form of uniform or safety jackets, the instances where they dress up are simply sublime. We see some of the best athleisure outfits in this song. Also, even when we see the singers in uniforms, they are seen wearing some really dope looking sneakers.Β

3. G.O.A.T

Diljit Dosanjh looks like a proper baller in this music video. While we really love the tuxedo that he wore in this song, thanks to its silhouette and fit, we simply cannot ignore the athleisure outfits that Diljit wore in this song. He also accessorised the heck out of those outfits - harness, bum bags, watches, sneakers, chains - the man was just on fire. Then, there was that sweet-looking Gucci sweater that he had on. Just sublime.

4. Lehanga

Irrespective of what one thinks of the song, the reality is, it is one of the most viewed Punjabi music videos on YouTube. Jass Manak really showed us how to wear colours with utmost confidence. We seriously like the variety of prints that we see Manak wearing in the song. We have some dope-looking pieces from Versace, Dolce & Gabanna, and Gucci. Plus, there were some really tasteful streetwear outfits as well.

5. Coka

Sukh-e is one stylish fellow, and if you really want to see just one video where he’s at his stylistic best, then this is the music video that you should be watching. While some of his hairstyles maybe a little too OTT for you, you cannot deny his outfits were just amazing. We especially liked that kitschy denim jacket that he wore, right at the beginning of the video. It went really well with the rest of his all-white outfit.

6. No Competition

Here we have yet another number by Jass Manak, again, in which he can be seen wearing some really colourful jackets and shirts. His golden suit is a little OTT, but other than that, those are some pretty hip street outifts. Divine, as always, was just a class apart, when we speak of streetwear.

Special Mention - Jine Mera Dil Lutiya

This is a song that we grew up listening to. Jazzy B & Apache Indian were the OG style gods of Punjabi music. Some of their earlier music videos really set the tone for the genre for a decade or so. This music video right here is a great example of just how elaborate the styling would often be in their videos.
