Arjun Kapoor has a very particular sense of style. It’s very relaxed, sporty and casual. When he is not walking the red carpets in his dapper suits and tuxedos, you’d see him strolling in the most comfiest and coolest of outfits.

His fans and loyalists would know that his signature look often features an oversized hoodie or a sweatshirt, a pair of baggy shorts and a cap. And, he styles this uber cool outfit with either sneakers or sliders. There’s no in between.

Recently, Arjun Kapoor stepped out to meet his grandmother Nirmal Kapoor at her house to take her review on his latest film Sardar Ka Grandson which released on Netflix this week.

His outfit for the day out was his classic look--a sweatshirt, shorts and, you guessed it, a cap! This outfit was perfect for a rainy day in Mumbai. He also had clear glasses and a face mask on, abiding by the pandemic rules. However, we couldn't help but notice his velcro sliders that are definitely his go-to footwear.

Arjun Kapoor has admitted to having a strong dislike for flip-flops and has sworn by sliders since forever now. Yes, he has been sporting the slip-ons before they were cool. He probably has hundreds of pairs in his closet including trendy lake chappals from brands such as Palm Angels, Bottega Venetta and more.

However, for this particular look, he went for his go-to black velcro sliders that we have seen him rocking a couple times before too. 

They are super comfy and stylish and go with every outfit. Before this, he wore these same sliders with a casual shirt and denims and it worked well with that look too.

These sliders are pretty versatile and can be styled with casual or semi-formal outfits. In the given pandemic situation, these make total sense. 

Now that we have officially shoved our work shoes and any sneakers back in the closet are trusting only comfortable footwear. From a quick meet-up with your grandma to a short walk to the grocery store, these chappals are worth the keep.
